The 17th International Conference on Signal Processing Systems (ICSPS 2025) will be held in Chengdu, China during October 24-26, 2025. It is sponsored by University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, China, hosted by National Key Laboratory on Blind Signal Processing of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, China, assisted by Jiangsu University of Science and Technology, China; Southwest Jiaotong University, China and Signal Processing Branch of the Chinese Institute of Electronics, China.

The conference committee invites submissions of applied or theoretical research as well as of application-oriented papers on all the topics of ICSPS. Papers submitted to ICSPS 2025 will be subject to a double-blind peer review based on originality, contributions, presentation, relevance to conference, etc.

Submission Guidelines

1. Language

English is the official language of the conference. The paper should be written and presented only in English.

2. Publication & Presentation

Full paper submission is required if you consider publishing your paper.

3. Presentation Only

Abstract submission is acceptable for presentation only without publication at ICSPS 2025.

4. Academic Ethics

Articles submitted to ICSPS 2025 should report original, previously unpublished research results, and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Any act of plagiarism is unacceptable; academic misconduct will not be tolerated. Violation of any of these regulations will lead to paper rejection.
