Submission Guidelines
BS-CAPLES 2026 will be held on 9–11 September 2026 in Batumi, Georgia.
Stage 1 – Extended Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit an extended abstract (1–2 pages) prepared according to the official conference template.
Abstract Submission Deadline: 20 August 2026
All abstracts will undergo peer review by the International Program Committee.
Accepted abstracts will be scheduled for oral or poster presentation and published in the BS-CAPLES 2026 Book of Abstracts.
Stage 2 – Conference Presentation
The conference will take place on 9–11 September 2026.
Only accepted abstracts will be presented during the conference.
Stage 3 – Full Paper Submission (By Invitation Only)
After the conference, authors of selected high-quality presentations will be invited to submit a full paper.
Full Paper Submission Deadline (for presenters only): 30 October 2026

Publication
Submitted manuscripts will undergo an international peer-review process and, upon acceptance, will be considered for publication in AIP Conference Proceedings, subject to the editorial policy and final approval of AIP Publishing.
Please note: Publication in AIP Conference Proceedings is not included in the conference registration fee. Authors of accepted papers will be required to pay a separate publication charge. Based on current estimates, this charge is expected to be approximately €200–250 per paper, depending on the total number of accepted papers, the overall size of the proceedings volume, and the final agreement with AIP Publishing.

BS-CAPLES 2026 will be held at Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University (BSU), Batumi, Georgia, on 9–11 September 2026.
Batumi, located on the eastern coast of the Black Sea, is one of the leading academic and tourism centers in the region, offering an excellent environment for international scientific exchange and collaboration.
The conference sessions will take place at the modern facilities of Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University.
