IFIP-UNIVEN-CSIR ICC 2025 organizers are inviting Master’s & PhD students registered in South African Universities and based in South Africa to submit abstracts and extended abstracts that align with and complement the technical programme, theme and sub-themes are listed below. The colloquium will be held in-person on the 10th December 2025, at the main conference venue in CSIR ICC, Pretoria, South Africa.

Submission Guidelines

Abstracts (for students that are starting, or in their first or second year of study) should not exceed a maximum of 1 pages and extended abstracts (for students with more than 2 years) should not exceed a maximum of 2 pages, and must include the following:

• Title 
• Problem Statement 
• Research Question(s) 
• Research Objective(s) 
• Brief Literature Review 
• Research Gaps 
• Research Contribution to the Body of Knowledge 
• Research Plan 
• References
