The 6th International Maritime Scientific Conference - Maritime Research and Education in a Global Context (MARRED2026) is scheduled to take place on 29–30 October 2026 in Batumi, Georgia.
MARRED2026 serves as an annual collaborative platform for academics, students, and industry professionals from BSMA, our partner institutions, and the wider maritime sector to present and share their recent research findings and engage in discussions about the emerging shipping industry trends that are influencing global maritime education and research.
Authors who have already registered for the conference are now invited to submit for review their original research papers within the following thematic areas:
